Review Time
After one year and one month of purchasing a coat, the zipper handle broke. I tried to have it fixed but superdry would not help because the ‘warranty’ is only for one year. We already have at least 6 of their coats but after this rigidity and poor customer service, no more superdry in this household. I mean what material are you using for a zipper handle that makes it break in just over a year?!! Sending a replacement that cost you like $1 should be the least you can offer. Disappointing!!!
