i love superdry clothing. unfortunately i had a recent incident where i didnt receive my package even though their records show otherwise. i have contacted both them and UPS. currently, i’m not getting the attention needed on this matter.
I used the size guide to determine what size clothes I should purchase and was recommended the largest size available for shorts- a size 38 waist in men's. These were still too small, even though I typically wear a size 38 in other brands. I am disappointed that I will not be able to wear any SuperDry pants or shorts due to the limited sizes and I'm extremely hesitant to purchase any outerwear for this reason.
I really enjoy Superdry's clothing, well made and easy to maintain. I purchased a black core logo hoodie, and it's going on two weeks now and no hoodie. I finally reached out to customer service and I was told the hoodie was still in the warehouse and had not been processed. I made the order on October 27th and it now should reach me on November 15th.
