This health insuramce is bullshit the under deliver where you send email or what so ever they dont respond you have to call them inorder to see action or people doing things which is bad because they don't have good service they only know how to charge high costs camd faulty stuff on their end they try to find reason to charge a customer on irrelevant stuff even when they are at fault if I had known I wouldn't use thus insurance

This company has added numerous late fees to their demands. Despite claims of good English support, my requests for English communication have been ignored.

I called customer service multiple times but never received the complete information I needed. They only communicated problems via email, making it impossible to resolve my situation. I felt unsupported during a critical time when they should have been on my side.
I have paid a lot to this insurance provider for years but received no real benefit. Getting a specialist appointment takes at least six months, if at all. My necessary surgeries were denied, citing the need for confirmations from specific doctors, who, of course, refused. After suffering with severe breathing issues, I had to pay privately for surgery to breathe normally again. They even demanded an additional €700 due to a supposed error. For me, this company is unreliable and disrespectful to its members. I strongly advise against choosing this insurance.
