This health insuramce is bullshit the under deliver where you send email or what so ever they dont respond you have to call them inorder to see action or people doing things which is bad because they don't have good service they only know how to charge high costs camd faulty stuff on their end they try to find reason to charge a customer on irrelevant stuff even when they are at fault if I had known I wouldn't use thus insurance

Avoid this health insurance if you're not fluent in German.

This health insurance may work well for locals, but if you don't speak the language and spend part of the year abroad, I strongly recommend steering clear. My recent bills totaled 600€ and 800€ due to a knee injury from volleyball, which required exams, injections, and physiotherapy. I only received 150€ back from the first invoice and 200€ from the second. Despite paying 300€ monthly for five years, my overall experience has been quite disappointing.

The health insurance may work well for locals. However, if you don't speak the local language and spend a significant part of the year abroad, I strongly advise against them. My last two bills were €600 and €800 due to a knee injury from volleyball, involving exams, injections, and physiotherapy. I received just €150 back from the first bill and €200 from the second. I pay €300 a month, and I have hardly had any issues in five years.

Frustrating follow-up process

There is a calculation to be made that should take no more than an hour. I've been waiting for a call back since Monday. I call the service multiple times daily, but I'm never connected to the right department, and no one returns my calls. Today is Thursday afternoon.

I want to highlight the outstanding English-speaking support! As a foreigner, having such assistance without knowing the local language is crucial. The waiting time for a call was minimal. The representative was polite and incredibly helpful, answering all my questions and providing solutions. My issue was resolved even better than I expected! This was my first experience, and it was fantastic! I highly recommend their English support.

I am very impressed with the customer support. Their response times for phone calls are consistently quick, and they always ensure English-speaking representatives are available when needed. As a foreigner living here, this service is refreshing and simplifies navigating the healthcare system. While their service is excellent overall, I suggest they provide all documentation in English. Nonetheless, their commitment to customer service sets a high standard.

Disappointing and frustrating experience

Moving to a new country is challenging enough without companies taking advantage of you. They seem more interested in short-term profit than long-term relationships. I submitted forms for automatic payments through their website, which often fails. After months of no response, I received a letter from bailiffs claiming I owed money. They had been emailing me about an issue with my form, but I received nothing. Instead of reaching out via phone or letter, they chose to send a threatening letter. This company has added numerous late fees to their demands. Despite claims of good English support, my requests for English communication have been ignored.

Extremely unsatisfactory experience

This was the worst experience I've ever had. They withheld information to delay my compensation, even after I had three doctors confirm my condition and I was unable to work for over two months. I called customer service multiple times but never received the complete information I needed. They only communicated problems via email, making it impossible to resolve my situation. I felt unsupported during a critical time when they should have been on my side.

Long wait times and unhelpful service

I have paid a lot to this insurance provider for years but received no real benefit. Getting a specialist appointment takes at least six months, if at all. My necessary surgeries were denied, citing the need for confirmations from specific doctors, who, of course, refused. After suffering with severe breathing issues, I had to pay privately for surgery to breathe normally again. They even demanded an additional €700 due to a supposed error. For me, this company is unreliable and disrespectful to its members. I strongly advise against choosing this insurance.
