My package arrived with nothing in it. It took days for customer service to contact me back and finally redispatch a replacement. I received notification today that it shipped and it’s the wrong size! I’m waiting to chat with customer service. It’s a simple issue that could be resolved over the phone in a few minutes. It’s turned into a lengthy process.
I’m only giving two stars because you guys have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Your automatic response system is the most precarious of all the platforms and there’s never someone available to reach the customer even when I was going to do something as simple as adding information to the address I had put because your system didn’t allow me to put it in first instance. I love superdry clothes but that’s something that you should have in consideration thanks
