Style of quilted jacket = A plus … Delivery superb!!Ease of shopping online =A plus…Missing invoice inside package … not a huge deal!! Quality concern… metal Zipper ?!?! Love the shiny silver metal however!!! Sometimes difficult to zip up :(:(. We shall see !! Will definitely shop more ❤️
I never received my order and it got marked as delivered. I sent an email out stating my issue since I had just spent $400 on coats with nothing to show for it. I got one email responding asking to check with neighbors and offices in the building. I responded to that email letting them know that I did check with them and that my package is still missing. I have not heard back from them in more than 2 days. I am now with out coats or my $400 dollars.
