The quality differs in the produce you select. Some hoodies have great quality but another with the same price have lesser quality. Your online exchange program is terrible. It’s very slow, it took 30 days for me to get my hoodies that I had exchanged. If you improve your online shipping I would definitely recommend you to others, but having to wait 10-15 days for a package to arrive is very long time.
Quite possibly the worst customer service for a website I have ever used. "Is this the correct delivery address? If not please Contact Us as soon as possible." Their customer service will then not change your address, and tell you to contact their delivery company, who also wont change your address. Awesome.
Love my purchase very much. It came on time and delivery was perfect. I love my cap for the days I just wanna put a ponytail in and the cap is adjustable to fit my head. My purchase of my zip hoodie is very warm with a good fleece like lining, the fit is perfect and the hoodie does have some weight to it. Only thing that really matters is that it does keep me warm during the fall weather. Thank you superdry!
