modern style and design, excellent quality. timely and fast delivery, adequate prices. many models and options for every taste. but one huge problem: the size of the clothes. there is no unified size chart, all sizes are approximate and very often do not match even in the same models. cannot be determined while shopping online. the support service does not help at all, but advises to try every thing in the store. very strange situation and behavior for online shopping.
I never received my package, it's stuck in UPS because they say I have to go back to the sender to change the package destination but Super dry says they can't change it. I never knew Superdry uses UPS and could not deliver to PO Boxes in the states. I'm not quite sure how to get the package, it is a bummer I was really looking forward to the clothes.
I buy online from time to time and everything is smooth and easy transaction, except, sometimes it is hard to get a real idea of each size. Some t-shirt will run smaller when I’m usually a medium. I have to buy large sometimes even though I’m a US size medium or sometimes medium is perfect. I wish there was a better way to tell the size because not all medium size is equal.
I’m still astounded by the quick and efficient delivery of all my orders from Superdry. Unfortunately, the quality of the T-Shirt wasn’t as good as the ones I bought previously.
