I love the product and its quality however I would purchase more when:-I can actually keep items in my shopping bag when I order. In fact after multiple attempts using different browser types I gave up and just got the two items that would keep. -I use a Visa bank card and it NEVER accepts my card because my bank intervenes as if Superdry is a fraudulent business. So as a result I do spend money with Oakley because the inline experience flows much better
I've purchased several items from Superdry US over the past few years. Their shipping service is prompt. I had the opportunity to shop in one of their retail stores a few years ago so I have a good idea of what size works for me. At times, however, there are variations of fit between different shirts/shorts of the same size. I've appreciated the simplicity and speed of their return process.
