I love Superdry jackets, but this last order is unacceptable. I bought the same style jacket I love just with different color pattern and the size is completely wrong, despite being the same small size. What makes it worse is that it was a final sale so I am stuck with an oversized jacket
Great quality but the website doesn't actually tell you anything about final sale when you're at checkout. I purchased a shirt that turned out to be a size too small but I was unable to exchange it due to being a "final sale" item. Even though I've gone through the click path of men's>shirts and saw it was on sale, it doesn't mention it's a final sale. So now I have a shirt that won't be worn sitting in my closet. Great quality but couldn't do anything to exchange for a bigger size
Great clothes, and I especially love their jackets. I ordered one as a final sale item. I somehow ordered the wrong size. Unfortunately, it is not returnable. So, instead of buying myself a nice jacket, it now becomes a gift for someone else. Oh well, you live and learn. I will eventually buy from Superdry again, when I have more money to spend. Great products!
