If I could rate lower, I would. This has been one of the worst insurance experiences I've encountered. I canceled my contract and am supposed to receive a refund. Since July 2025, I've been trying to get my refund via email, but nothing has materialized. Be cautious with this type of insurance that appears unreliable. There are many more trustworthy providers available.
I would recommend steering clear of this service. They collect payments quickly but are very slow in handling claims. It feels like they want to push you away. They don’t seem to review the information provided and keep asking the same questions over and over. They even asked for a photo of electrical damage! Seriously?
