Your website says free shipping and returns. I just ordered a jacket and when it arrived it was too big. When I tried to exchange it. It says with this order all sales are final. Now I have to give this jacket away. I will definitely not recommend your website or products to anyone I know. Terrible shopping experience. Never again will I order from you.
I ordered a pair of shoes on final sale. Rec'd them but when I tried them on they were to big (as far as wide). I scanned the site and it stated,"if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return them." Well, I spent a week going back and forth with customer service reps and all of them were rude. When I asked for corporate (number, e-mail, or address) no response.
Everything from the product to shipping time to quality is GREAT. The only improvement I wish for is a more intuitive search engine. Especially in the Sale section, the filters applied were reset automatically every time I clicked on a product to look at it, so when I went back to the listings I would have to manually apply filters again. Search words also did not bring up all the products. For example, when I wanted to look for matching sweatpants to a jacket, just typing in the style name did not narrow down the search. Hundreds of items would be displayed and I would have to manually scroll through our entire inventory to find what I wanted.If you can make it easier for your customers to find the products they want, it would yield way more sales.
