Very bad in returning online sale items ... customer service on the phone usuless I contacted corporate email no answer back .. I had to drive 1 hour to return to store of course I will never buy anything online from superdry.. and I post my review on Google
Size chart is absolute wrong when it comes to Women tops, followed the size chart and brought a top and it was wrong measurements and because its a final sale product couldn't return it. As a suggestion either you guys have to be please more keen on size charts or if you feel it's a genuine return request you must atleast accept it.
