I didn't realize my order was a No Return type, so when the clothes didn't fit I had to donate them. Would be nice to mark these items more clearly on the site.

The Perfect Spring Jacket

This is the first time I bought a jacket from Superdry, and won't be my last! The jacket is perfect in every sense. For reference: I'm 5' 3" and 160 lbs (give or take), I ordered size 12 and it is the perfect fit. I could still wear a looser sweater underneath if I want to. The fit on the shoulders is perfect, arm length perfect. I have a shorter torso and the length is just right as well. All in all, great jacket.

I have to say this

I have to say this: as much as I resisted to try this brand I am totally surprised by the quality of clothes SuperDry provides. Bought a pair of army jeans back like a year ago and they been holding up really well. Just got a pair of joggers and they fit just perfect for me cotton quality is best and every other detail.

Poor costumer service

I asked price adjustment for an order that was returnable and price just got reduced. I didn't wanted to return and repurchase. Then price adjustment denied and my order no longer returnable. I didn't pay final price for my order and I was able to see my return label and return date prior to my request. I sent an email about it and never got response. Poor costumer service. I do think I bring a lots of business to you guys. Disappointed!
