I strongly urge you not to do business…

I strongly urge you not to do business with the company, and in fact rated a 2 star simply because the sales process was easy. Everything else was a living nightmare. As the customer you lose all agency and are subject to process, polices, and procedures that are corporate centered, not at all helpful or designed to actually help the customer. We experienced delays, inaccurate information, half-truths, and a general and complete disregard for our needs or inconvenience. We purchased a refrigerator warranty and now 60 days, we are still living without a refrigerator because of both D&G and Whirlpool’ incompetence. We would never, under any circumstance, do business with them, and suggest you protect yourself by doing the same.

Calendars were ordered and paid for months ago. I got a call in early Sept from Karen who found my order and checked on my logo. I gave her the go, and never heard about them again. I had to reach out again to find out where they are. She said she turned it over to my account manager. VERY FRUSTRATED!

The wrong pens were ordered

The wrong pens were ordered. Wanted a click pen. An Aloha Soft Touch in red. Received a gel pen, gray with red on it and the printing didn’t even have my phone number on it. Totally disappointed. Called and Joe said there was nothing he could do for me. Guess I will not be ordering again. Also ordered mini calendars and he couldn’t even tell me when those will be delivered. Wish I got an email to check to make sure order was correct. Hope my calendars will be correct!!
