It was nice having the ability to tap and take multiple types of payments. Was very reliable. Could improve their user interface website, it is cloogey and confusing. Also, it is a mystery when the square unit actually needs charged. Update: Thank you Square for the info on the reader. That helps!
You don't do everything great but it just works! You cheated me out of six months of coverage and you seemed to not care one bit! There was no one to speak with and as hard as I tried it was just a shit show. I re-uped and multiple computers are covered again for a year plus! It could be better and it could be a lot worse!!!
The experience that is just grand is that we have not had any problems while using Eset. Now and again a warning pops up regarding a possible intrusion that was blocked, not a problem . . . our personal guard dog is always on the job. Thanks, Eset!

You came highly recommended by a friend who is a computer technician.Right after I renewed my plan approximately two days later I received a flash notice on my screen that my payment didn’t go through. When I attempted to go to “your site” to pay I received a notification that the site wasn’t safe! Sad, the thieves are working hard to steal our information. We live in a vicious world under the rule of Satan.
