Person spoke poorly. Hard to understand.The order was wrong. Information printed was not correct.The color of the pen was wrong.When calling about the mistakes, I was transfered twice. no one was willing to help. I finally was told someone would call me back with a resolution, which call has never happened.
I’ve had my ups and downs with pens. Com but let me tell you my last 2 orders were off the charts excellent work guys and girls thank you very much. These pens are not the greatest but they are still very high quality, and for the price… you can’t get it better anywhere else.
I was totally misleading. It said two day shipping that I paid $47 extra for. I ordered on Thursday did not get till the following Thursday. I ordered personalized arm bands the day after I ordered from you. I ordered 200 of them on Friday afternoon and I had them Monday. Tried to communicate with your service department got nowhere. So now I’m sitting here with $165 worth of useless plastic. Terrible customer service.
