Purchasing a Device, wifi connection and a phone line is insane for all merchant services who dare to compete with Square for real 😉 l also think Square needs improvement with "square Invoice" too complex when you are on the job and have to issue an instant receipt
Horrible support, I need to switch to a new hosting platform. They make changes in their app and my website no longer works and they try to blame it on my laptop, when the website is not working for customer on their own personal laptops. I can't print from my the mobile square app and they blame it on my printer, when every other mobile app prints perfectly from my phone. Really bad company and support, I'm shocked they have an overall rating in the 4 range, they must pay people to write reviews for them.
While your software seems to do a good job, your customer support is terrible. I was unable to load eset onto my phone. I tried following multiple sets of instructions without success. I was on the phone with your customer service and after 45 minutes she hung up on me. I'm a programmer so not an idiot. But from the repetitive steps she took me through, I was finally able to piece together the process that allowed me to load it. Another 15 minutes. I was at the end of my patience. Had this last bit not produced results, I was about to ditch you altogether and complain to my credit card company to get a refund. Is it really so difficult to list CLEARLY the steps in order and not make assumptions about people's prior experience with software architecture which in the end was the issue.
