Extremely invasive advertising, sent to my personal postal address!!! I never visited their site, never shared my name or personal address with them nor authorised them to send me samples with the logo of the company I worked for on it. GPDR law doesn’t seem to apply to them, they probably got my data from sketchy data brokers… What a waste of paper and resources, it was a big enveloppe filled with full colours advertising flyers and a laser engraved pen showing an incorrect logo. How can these wasteful illegal practices still exist in 2025?
Not all customers have time to pay for multiple single multiple invoices, why can’t you may one invoice containing different items for easy payment on the part of customer. Ed know other pen sellers who use a single invoice payment system and we are considering using their products because of their easy payment system! Outcome is valuable!
Your company was not up front about your fees. We were not told about the set up fee, tariff fee and shipping fee. When we spoke to a representative about this all they said was there is nothing we can do and you CAN'T SPEAK to anyone else. That was it and end of the conversation by your representative. We will not be doing anymore business with your company.
