Don't buy from this company, they are unprofessional and terrible. They cancelled my order without notice because apparently the product ran out. And instead of using their heads to replace it with a similar product using my design they just decided to do nothing. This was for breast cancer awareness month and they are proving that that don't care at all about that
I am so sad to say that after several years on square with so many feature I live I am having to move back to Clover because of the scales. Also clover is cheaper. But if the scales worked I would stay for the other nice features. So this is to warn anyone with a yogurt shop or high vilune of weighed items DO NOT USE SQUARE. The scale interface is slow and they just added a requirement for the scale to zero out in between each item so we are constantly having to relift (touch again) the customer’s cups when ringing out.
My name is Justin Ahringer and Square closed my account and denied a big spending clients credit card for a big payment 5 times in a row and when I attempted to put smaller amounts since square obviously is too small of a company to a handle a 5k payment they froze and closed my account and refuse to talk to me on the phone so I’m doing bus ones with more serious payment processors and I’m still waiting for my money stuck In limbo.
