Review Time
The reviewed order, before submitting the okay to place the order was received imprinted with the incorrect color. The received bags were imprinted with silver, however, the reviewed color before giving the okay to proceed with the order was gold. I was so excited to have received the order in a timely manner prior to the scheduled event, my 50th Year High School Class Reunion. To my surprise, when I opened the box my heart sanked. I opened the box prior to a schedule Reunion Committee Meeting and was so excited to show the bags, boy was I surprised, disappointed and just disgusted with what I saw. I immediately called to report what I received. A young man named Sajid/Sajjad was able to pull up the order number and confirmed the imprinted color was listed on the order was gold. He asked when the order was needed, and confirmed that I would receive it at least two days before the scheduled event. As a first time customer, when the invoice is received, I don't think I should have to pay for any rush shipping charges and other charges. I'm not sure if I can say that I would recommend this company to others at this time.
