What went wrong, you ask? Let's start with the delivery of the boxes to my home. They all arrived looking like they had been put through some unexpected inspection at the border, i.e., the boxes were split open, the tape no longer held the boxes together, and one delivery by UPS was put in front of my garage door, blocking my entry for parking. I had to move the boxes before I could pull into the garage. Following a noticeable exception to my wishes, there were a ton of gray-colored bags, i.e., my least favorite color from the onset, more than I had anticipated, more than my sales rep. I could not readily spot any of the red, yellow, navy blue, or green colors in the 14 boxes received, which the sales rep assured me were the selections of colors (as advertised). We had a conversation about making certain that I received at least 286 of all the colors, except for gray, as it was the color I liked the least. The Rep stated that the colors would be a sample of all seven colors shown in the picture for the everyday recycled drawstring bags. I purchased 2000 bags, so I was expecting to see at least 286 of each color. I would not have purchased the colors I received had I been allowed to select my own colors. I settled for the seven colors offered to me, but received only three colors: teal, blue, and gray. What can be done to fix this? I'm unsure how to fix this, as our church logo is on all the bags. I suppose we need to discuss whether you'd like me to return all the colors or, since I am giving them away to children in the community for our Fall Festival, you can make a donation and write it off in your books. In that case, I can provide the colors I initially expected and requested, and we can move past this incident. I was very disappointed to receive all these bland colors and no exciting, bright colors to add to our giveaway.
