love the product , wish there were brighter colors

easy to order . turn around time was fast . plus everybody looks forward when I give out pens. Especially the fidget. i did notice after I placed the order they came in different colors. I wish they would make a batch with brighter colors I like my pens to stand out

Worst merchant service I've ever dealt with

3 months I've been trying to get through onboarding I've had to reach out every single time. Nicholas Funk who was my sales rep never would get back in touch with me, I had to call him every single time. They gave me the wrong prices and lied to me. After 2 weeks of waiting with no reply I called again and found out that the sales rep had been promoted and just left me hanging. Finally 6 months later I was able to get signed up, and then when I tried to verify my identity, it blocked and said it could not approve me to take payments. When I reached out to the sport they said they blocked me and would not be back in touch for 7 days. Clover reached out to me and had me up and running in less than a week. Whoever has any money in square should really be alarmed here to see how potential clients are treated and how much money is being lost. Pathetic company.

Good enough

Can be a little bit of a headache to set up, but still easier than some other platforms. Takes several days for the bank account verification. Not really meant for a big or complicated inventory list, for example with various sizes & colors of several different items. Super easy to take payments from people if you have a physical terminal. If you’re just using a phone & Tap To Pay, or even a small card reader connected via Bluetooth, it confuses some people when paying. Processing fees are 2.5-3%, depending on the transaction amount & method. Fees are higher if someone pays through the Invoice function.

I like the easy to use menu tools

I like the easy to understand menu options. The simple to use tools makes this software so much better than other protection software I have used.The process of activating the new subscription was very easy.

dissatisfied
not my cup of tea

When I do a full scan it says that it cannot open about 95% of the files. It has a problem with the firewall. It states that I am fully protected even though it cannot access nearly all of my files. Figure that. I am going to remove ESET as soon as I find a replacement.
