I still have not received help getting my overpayment refund. The instructions Eset gave me sent me to an AI that I could not understand. Eset will not allow me to deal with a live person. I'm not a tech maven, just a senior citizen woman.All Eset needs to do is check its receipts from August and find the payment. Should be simple for them.At this point I am dealing with medical needs that supplant this issue, so my attitude is not good.When I get a refund I will give a much better review on other services. As for now, I paid $127 USD in August, 2025, that was never implemented, no matter what I tried, and I was left with having to spend another $90 USD at the 11th hour or lose protection. Both charges were paid by card, and I have acknowledgement for both from Eset.Since I had to overpay, and no one wants to help, one star is all you get. Fix the problem and I'll be happy to rate you higher. Ball's in your court.
The technician was very knowledgeable, identifying the (not so obvious) cause of the issue immediately. He explained how the different parts of the lighting system worked together and was friendly and courteous. Was done and out in about ten minutes.
Customer service is excellent with patience to do all they can for customer. The service technician deserves high praise. Excellent communication skills. Makes sure all is working and customer is satisfied. My technician’s was Tim and I can not sing his skills higher. He is more than a 10. He us a star.
So far it’s been a great tool for my business and I especially love the automatic savings but I would prefer to have instant access to my money and not have to wait 3-5 days… like in the case of some kind of financial emergency and needed to have quick access. So unless there is that option and I’m just not seeing it? Anyways, That would be my only complaint so far but otherwise I love it
Square was willing to help me get my square account back on track by offers they didn't have to offer but they did and it helped me a lot and got me back on track thank you square you guys offer excellent service by the way and I'm very very proud to use you as my credit card processing company.
