Our technician called to tell us when he would be arriving. We could not remove the water filter in our refrigerator and he easily removed it. Next he installed the new filter and demonstrated a trick that would help us to remove the filter in the future. Sometimes older people just need a little confidence builder.

The evaluation appointment was great.…

The evaluation appointment was scheduled during the same week as I called it in & 1 week later the part was replaced. My washer is functioning again. The best part was that the repair person showed me how I could navigate washing clothing despite the issue so I didn't have any inconvenience while I awaited the repair.

They don't give a crap about you

Awful service. My fridge completely stopped cooling on July 17. I've been trying to get it fixed through Domestic & General since then without resolution. I was able to schedule a service call for the next day and blocked off my entire day to be there since not having a fridge for an extended period of time is more frustrating than missing a day of work. The repair company canceled in the middle of the day with the next availability in 2 weeks. They finally came out and failed to find a single thing wrong with the fridge. When it never actually started cooling again, I tried rescheduling...surprise, surprise it took another 3 weeks for them to come out. At that point I escalated to the BBB and finally got in touch with someone slightly helpful. They authorized me to get a direct repair (I pay someone, they reimburse me). The trouble is, I sent in the quote for approval and am still waiting on a response 6 days later. I've called twice a day, emailed twice a day, and am still stuck in the hellish limbo of knowing that I have coverage that will pay for the $1300 repair but not being able to use it. I'm 2 months into this ordeal and I'm completely OVER it.

Small users and Square

We are a small not-for-profit that needed to allow users to pay for training opportunities via credit card. We selected Square as that provider. We are small users with very limited need, but Square filled our need. The process was easy to initiate and easy to navigate and utilize the service.Any time I have needed support or had questions on how to do something new their response has been timely and accurate. For our needs Square works beautifully!
