Review Time
Never got resolution. No feedback. told it would be fixed in 48 hours. Not a word. Then the third day I when I called in I was told samples was working on it. It would be done in 5 days. I asked - are they going to clean my machine? told yes. Today is day 7 and I still haven't heard back from ESET. since my IT guy recommend you years ago I've been satisfied. Now, I am no longer satisfied.
