And unfortunately, because you're using a USB-connected Star TSP100 printer on a Square Stand, the app is defaulting to auto-printing the receipt, and hides the toggle to turn that off unless you go to the Square Dashboard.---this is the shit companies do so you buy there product, I don't wanna get a printer from you so it's easier just put the setting back on the app, who thought this was a good idea.
Tried to refund a customer and instead they double charged them first before refunding the first charge. Sent screenshots to customer service and said wait 5 days. They refunded the first charge but the second charge is still there. Lost my customer.
Square is good for my business. But you keep sending me preapproved loan offers and turn me down every time so stop sending me approved loans because they’re not approved. I don’t need the money right now but someday I might so if you send me one it better be attached to an approval or I’ll get mad and break my Square.I don’t wanna have to throw my crybaby fit.
