Well, I don't know why I gave you a 4. I guess since my computer has had no glitches since I got ESET, you are doing OK. Maybe no one has tried to hack into me. I know you have told me not to go places online and I always trust you know best and do NOT venture there. I didn't give a 5 because NO ONE is perfect, including you and me.

I have been using ESET US for over four years without experiencing spam or viruses on my computer. My subscription renews automatically every year, so I am constantly covered to keep my computer from being contaminated.

Could not access account or reset password

I received an email from ESET that my subscription was renewed. However, I was unable to log into my account. Concerned that the email may be phishing I contacted tech support. Tech support responded promptly; reassured me that my account is active; troubleshot the issue; identified a solution; and walked me through the process. Tech support was efficient, knowledgeable and helpful.

We were looking for a reputable and economical computer protection product and found ESet, it "fit the bill". It was easy to download and set up and start. It boots upon turning on the computer and works effecively. I ran into a problem with my computer and needed to reinstall ESet, and ran into a problem doing so. I contacted ESet's customer service/support and they walked me through doing certain odd things to get it reinstalled. I am very happy with the product and the service/support. That is why I purchased another years service. With support being discontinued for Windows 10, it is even more important to have this 3rd party protection.
