Review Time
A $200+ transaction went to a closed account. Not their fault. Was told that once the bank would reject it, give it so many business days to return to them. I waited that time and a lot more. It is now June 3, 2025, and after multiple long calls and lies of escalating the issue, I still have not received the funds. I have called my bank more than one time to make sure they did not have it and asked to perform a trace. The bank does not have it, and I told this to Square numerous times. I have been with them for years now, and this is the first time I have had a major issue. Typically I do not jump ship over one issue, but this one has gone on for too long, and they still have not reached back out to me concerning this since May 21, 2025, to tell me to do things I have already done and that they can not trace the transaction.
I have been using ESET for over 15 years now. I've had it on several of my computers. The great thing I find enjoyable is I don't have to worry about malware or ransom ware or bugs; these guys handle it all. It's a nice feeling knowing that there are people on the job 24 - 7 monitoring my system. Never had an issue.
I like the fact that it does more for me as an antivirus software as well as allowing me to scan whenever I want to. It is a superior product than Norton based on my own experience as I feel much safer with this software after spending more than a decade with Norton that got flimsy in recent years.
