I have no issues with the product itself, my issues is when my subscription ends, let me choose on my terms when i want to renew....its nothing but constant renewal notices like 20 a day, no need for such harassment from the program, ive even turned all the notifications off and they still pop up constantly ,this makes me want to not renew with ESET product .
We recently bought two surplus desktop computers from a local university and one laptop from an individual. The ESET software installed flawlessly from our backup CD on the desktops but not on the laptop. Over several days I struggled to get the laptop protected and finally called tech support. I should have done that right away cuz the very helpful support person found the problem fairly quickly.
I tried to cancel this service and get a refund on several occasions.It was next to impossible to contact this company and when I finally found out how I thought I could do it, I sent an email and got no response. It has been a month now and still no response.They are like having a bad cold, you don't want it and you can't get rid of it no matter what you do.My advice, stay away.
