I have been a customer of ESET since 2009. While I am no Cybersecurity expert I believe it to be reliable as far as proactively stopping and warning me of downloads, sites that are potentially suspicious and monitoring devices across the WiFi network.It has consistently been much lighter on resources compared to its competitors.
The only complaint that I have is understanding instructions from the website. It is confusing to download the app and find the telephone number to call for assistance.My suggestion would be to write the website as simply as possible for people that do not understand Computer language.
