I purchased a new computer and it had a different virus protector than ESET. I’ve used ESET for years and have always loved it. I called customer service for help To uninstall the other software and put ESET on because I wanted to make sure I did it correctly. The technician was so helpful and walked me through step by step. The software works great and always keeps me up to date and protects my work. I would recommend it to anyone.
MY EXPERIENCE DEALING WITH THE PERSON FROM ESET WAS VERY SATISFACTORY. GOT MY PROBLEM SOLVED. HOWEVER, I WOULD LIKE TO RECEIVE AN EMAIL NOTICE FOR RENEWAL WELL BEFORE YOU CANCELLED IT BECAUSE THE EXPIRATION DATE ON OUR CREDIT CARD EXPIRED. CARD NUMBER WAS STILL GOOD, DATE EXPIRED. THANKS.
