I have spent over $1500 in one year on this pet insurance, and they have not given me one cent back for my dogs vet bills. I’m canceling my coverage today. This last claim was the last straw. This insurance may be worth it if your dog was injured in a car accident or had cancer, but absolutely NOT for the 90% of pets that lead an overall healthy life. Goodbye!!! Not taking another cent from me!
The online version is a bit easier to use now. The physical card in the other hand should be just as easy, but it's not. Too much to do to get it to work at a store. It should be as easy as a credit card. Of course this is just my opinion
