Square has been integral to starting and running my small business. From set up to the day to day, Square runs seamlessly and with such strong customer support. It’s easy for a non-tech person like me to focus on customer interactions, and it’s easy for our customers to navigate as well. Plus, it’s aesthetically pleasing (both the hardware and the user interface). Most of all, Square’s team makes me feel heard and valued. I appreciate the support!
I couldn't give a ZERO. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE customer service, and an utter WASTE OF MY TIME. The agent, who had no idea what I was asking about, and even admitted as such on the recorded call, shared with me the REJECTION of me asking to be able to escalate the call to a supervisor (twice). When asked why the supervisor wouldn't speak to me, no response was given, and even as I threatened to cancel my newly formed account for being unable to speak to a supervisor. If THIS is how they treat NEW customers, I can only imagine how they treat current ones. They obviously just don't seem to value customers. SQUARE DOESN'T CARE!
It was my 4th Payment Gateway integration, and it was not the easiest at first. But, with the help of the SME team, I got through it. A level of commitment to my issues, that felt beyond and above a regular support!Cudos to the team, and Lance. It was truely amazing.
