I needed to change my order 3 minutes after sending it. In your faq you mentioned that we can do this until it’s dispatched. When I tried, I got an automated message saying that it was already dispatched because you were using robots and that I couldn’t change it. Then 3 days later, I get an email saying that my order was just dispatched. Also, no emails received to update me on my shipping but I received daily marketing emails to purchase more. Very poor user experience.But the products are good quality.
