For over a decade SuperDry has been my go-to brand for quality casual-wear with the timeless retro style that matches my own.I'm a Gen X male and I like what I like, and I like to keep life simple. So instead of spending hours shopping around and trying to find clothes that fit properly, which are made to last and in the style I like... I just shop at SuperDry. It's my cheat code.Unfortunately style evolves, yet I am the same. So although the current range is its own timeless style, it is a new generation. This is understandable as a fresh brand needs to be embraced by the younger generation - not just old Gen Xers like me.The day a man stop's buying new clothes is the moment he becomes an old man. Thankfully I'm still able to find a few items here and there which I like, so I'm not yet wearing the same old clothes I brought decades ago.But when I do reach that point in my life - I will be wearing SuperDry and trying to be as timeless as the brand.
If I can Rate 0 I would, this app and customer service is horrible. II’ve setup an account being a small business owner to take payments for my services 1st they aren’t able to verify my account being a whole month and I’m still not verified. 2nd holding my funds because they need to verify my account. 3rd tried to get there debit card but can’t because they can’t verify my account. Then when I trued To speak to someone the office is always closed and when I try To communicate through text or email it says I need To verify my account or to call customer service which I cant Speak with a rep because the offices are closed yet they say they are 24hours online yet via text they state they are opened Mondays - Fridays at 9-9. This app is ridiculous my funds are stuck in their system yet the deducted their position yet I cant Receive my funds not get any help.
Im still waiting for my labels for returns! I was told to expect an email back after 72 hours and its been 4 days! No one is in chat online to help. I have two returns but when i tried it said label failed and to contact customer service and well no one is there to help! Please help me with my returns.
