Square is great!. Help line Sucks

Square is great!.. but they purchased Weebly, and thought I could easily transfer my website to Square/ Weebly and keep it going.. sad thing trying to get phone help is WORTHLESS... you hang on for minuets and then it cuts you off.. Wish I had not purchased the website design, thing.. I'd like to see about a refund.

Square has been a life saver for our new business. Your first year can be a budget crisis so you are always looking for a cheaper route. Hows free sound!?? We have easily learned our way around square. We are confident in this system to use for our garage door business. The best part is we pay nothing. Square is absolutely free for my company. We can upgrade at any time which will cost us as low as $20.00 a month. We just passed our one year anniversary with our company and plan to upgrade within 6 months. Our upgrade will include entry for out cost / pay out section which we are lacking with the free version. I currently keep up with cost through another free data entry program on a spread sheet. It works just fine but I am excited to have all my numbers in one program.

Horrible customer service and policies

Horrible customer service and policies. Charged a refund fee after forcing our company to refund them due to holding payments for hours. We cannot release products to customers while waiting hours for square to confirm payments. Square customer service refused to refund the transaction fee after we refunded the customer. We lost both the customer and the fee due to Square. Do NOT use this company.

Great Customer Service!

I had a billing issue with a couple of my Weebly websites. Sherlyn from support went above and beyond to quickly resolve my issue and even followed up to make sure I was happy with the proposed resolution. I started out upset and expected a negative experience. I ended up an extremely satisfied customer. Thanks Sherlyn - and Weebly/Square!

Clean look and retro style

I love the design on the jacket I’m a tiger in the Chinese calendar and tigers are super special . Also the color and shape fits perfect. However; the thickness I was a bit disappointed it’s now a cheap jacket so I would have expected a heavier weight jacket but It’s a light jacket
