I am FURIOUS with NomoTrade! They took $290 from my account without ANY warning. I followed their own leaderboard - that's what the platform is FOR. Every trade was handled by THEIR system, not me. I never touched anything manually. If there's a problem with the strategy, why didn't they catch it? Why punish me for using their own feature exactly as designed? This is theft, plain and simple. I want my $290 back NOW. If they had flagged the provider earlier, none of this would have happened.
I'm really let down by how NomoTrade handled this. Lost $190 to profit cancellation for alleged latency arbitrage. But I only used the copy trading feature - selected from the public leaderboard and let the platform do everything automatically. No manual trading, no strategy control, nothing. If there was an issue with the trader I copied, NomoTrade should take responsibility for vetting their leaderboard properly. Punishing passive followers is just poor form. Expected better from this platform.

Can someone explain this to me? I thought copy trading meant the platform does everything automatically. I picked a trader from the leaderboard (which I assumed meant they were legitimate), and NomoTrade's system copied all the trades. I didn't touch anything. Now they're saying $380 of my profit is invalid because of the strategy I was copying? But I didn't CREATE that strategy. I just followed what the platform showed me. Why is this my fault? Very confused and frustrated. I trusted this platform and feel completely let down.
Things were progressing well until I was informed that a personal investor would be brought in to support operations. I ended up working with the "manager", and candidly, the experience has been disappointing. The collaboration lacked professionalism, communication was difficult, and I encountered a level of inconsistency that made it challenging to build trust or operate effectively.After pushing firmly for a change, I’ve now been told that someone new will be stepping in. I’m open to seeing how this develops, but I want to be transparent — while the platform may have potential, the overall experience to date has fallen well short of the expectations I had going into this.
