I have purchased merchandise from brick and mortar stores and have always been both satisfied and impressed with the service and atmosphere. Most recently, I placed an order online and the incorrect product was delivered. The customer service team was exceptional with resolving this issue both timely and efficiently. Solid brand, solid company, I will remain a confident Superdry customer for as long as these values remain continuous.
The product arrived not the one I ordered. The return was made in the Superdry department of the Woodfield store, Schaumburg. There, the store representative was terribly unfriendly and arrogant!!! Moreover, she did not give me confirmation that I left the goods in the store, citing the fact that your store is not American, but English, and therefore she cannot confirm for me the return of an online purchase. The store is located in the United States and must comply with the requirements of the rules of trade on its territory! I received confirmation by email later! But not the entire amount! You charged me for delivery! for the wrong product that was sent to me! The result is that I have no goods and no shipping costs! This is impudence on your part!
Ordered shirts for my son, realized that account has old address. No way to change it even after 2 mins after placing order. SUPERDRY NOT HELPFUL AT ALL! Basically said well if we ever get the items back, you'll hear from us. UNTIL THEN YOU'RE SH%T OUT OF LUCK!
I was told by three other CC companies that their fees & services would be the best--hell no. Especially not for all the hassle; Square is sooooooooo easy to use and does everything my business needs. Thanks, Square, you are my best friend at work. You're the one I trust the most, and you never let me down.
We are a non-profit archery range in SW Arizona. We were constantly turning people away who don't cary cash. I went to Square online and set up an account - very easy - and got a card reader. What a difference!! Now we don't have to worry about those who want to use credit cards. In addition, the offline mode is invaluable to us, as we don't have reliable internet service at the range. I highly recommend using Square!
