We love the ease of use with square

For my small sole proprietorship

For my small sole proprietorship, Square works great for me. I am mostly Seasonal and do not want the extra charges associated with renting a terminal monthly or having a service fee if I do not use the service.

I use SQUARE in my private practice and…

I use SQUARE in my private practice and I have really enjoyed it. The interface is intuitive, the costs reasonable (basically the same as my EHR would charge) and I have found that SQUARE lets me bill my clients directly and keep good records for tax purposes.

Overall Square is a great company with great features for my small business. I use multiple features and all are easy to use, and functional. Their fees are fair, especially compared to traditional credit card processing services who's fees were expensive for a small business. We have saved close to 40% in fees by switching. I love their savings account feature, which allows me to save money for taxes, improvements for my business, and emergency money for hard times.
