As a seasonal small business owner I am relieved to know I'm not being charged a monthly fee for the service when not using it. There are so many services offered for your business in one place. Some cost and some don't but that's understandable it's a business!
I have used Square for the past 4 years. My income has almost doubled and is more successful now in part of how Square has assisted me. I continue to grow and Square keeps up with the demand. however they have many offers to assist in many ways which helps. There is so much Square offers and you know you have options. I appreciate the friendly and quick customer service. Any and all issues that arises Square has helped support and guide me thru any and all processes.
I started using square for my business several years ago to insure payment for my services. Although the fees have increased I still feel it's worth having. There have been many new features added since I first started that are convenient and helpful like reports of earnings, increases and decreased in business, averages of earnings per month. I don't have time to stay on top of these things myself. I can keep track of customers payments, reminders are sent automatically. I can print out invoices for my records or for customers. I can also print earnings reports for my taxes. I highly recommend Square for small businesses.
