I just want to thank Hero Bullion for being a straight up and well run company in the midst of a giant run on precious metals. I did business with a company called SD Bullion and they held my money for almost 30 days, they did not respond to any email request except for one and that was to say it would go out the next day which it never did... I ultimately had to spend an hour on the phone with their customer service waiting on hold to get on and cancel my order almost 30 days later and after no communication from them whatsoever and then they had the nerve to charge me a cancellation fee which I happily paid to be done doing business with them.
To bring this review around to the beginning the next day after ordering from SD Bullion 30 days back I ordered from Hero Bullion as well Hero Bullion kept in touch with me the entire time... They were amazing.
They took my money instantly just like SD bullion did The difference was Hero Bullion sent it out within three business days just like they said they would. They're tracking was excellent. Everything arrived on time. And then they actually sent me a notification asking if I had received it or not.
What a differece there is indeed when you're doing business with a five-star company that focuses on customer service over profits.
