Sent the wrong size. I sent a message to your customer service and did not get a response. I ordered size 6 you sent size 7. I tried wearing them with socks but still too big. I bought a size 6 from a 'superdry' seller on eBay. Since I bought another pair, I would like a refund. I don't know how you decided to send the wrong size.
I was surprised of the delivery experience as it was prompt and items are wrapped tidy in paper. There is a good guarantee as well since the delivery is coordinated quickly. Therefore, you have enough time to try the product to see if you like it. I also had an experience with the physical store and I gotta say, staff are extremely friendly.
