I request a refund for bad initial information

Dear Sirs;Your agent Carolina Troncozo provided bad information, responding to my question that there will not be a new charge for services, only regarding the Consular fees.So due to this bad information, I was surprised with a new charge of $7,000 I was not agreed. So I ask for reimbursement of my first $6,519 due to this bad information which I consider a hoax.My kind advice to you is, your agents must inform the customers completely about the total expenses at the beginning of the service and not as piecemeal.But now, I really appreciate to have had the sensibility and urgency sense to put in touch with me and o offer an agreement with which I'm in agree.So USAFIS has demonstrated to be a serious vendor solving the issue and to improve their internal issues, in order to give a complete information about their services at the begining of the presentation and before to start any process to the customer.Also will finalize with my application without any new charge to the future until finalizing my submission, with a part of reimbursement.Thanks to this platform to get the attention from USAFIS to my right complain.
