I keep receiving emails from this company which I have never registered or have done any application with them. I contacted their customer service and sent all the emails that I am constantly receiving and they have never answered me back. The emails are coming directly from them (usafis.org) and they are asking me for my personal and financial information. Watch out cos this is def a scam!
A rip-off. This company is simply a rip-off.I submitted my application and paid all my fees for the lottery application. However, I was surprised that I was requested to do an additional immigration application through a lawyer office. I paid $4,500 and sent all my details. I followed up on my application 3 months later and was surprised with a response from Barister corop law office that they my application misses a few documents. This is simply an unprofessional organization to deal with. After that issue, I requested a refund of the additional fees I paid and informed the law office and USAFIS that I only want to proceed with my lottery application and refuse the additional application through the lawyer office.No body responded.Best,Elie
I am walking with USAFIS since 2016 for the DV lottery. I never noted a wrong action or a mistake on my file. I benefited all the necessary support, advices and the staff is really kind and professional.Great service, no problem at all.Thank a lot for your support.
I signed up 15 years ago and all they did for me is try to sell me stuff i didnt need. 10 years ago i changed my mind about emigrating to US. I told them about my decision but they keep spamming me with messages claiming they tried to reach me but didnt succeed. Asking for personal data that they must have in my account since the beginning. My phone number never changed and i never had any missed call... äI repetedly asked to stop bothering me but they keep sending me the same mail on and on. IO am very sorry but serious, professional and helpful is something very diffrent!!
