Dear Usafis,Please be informed that I have been requesting by email with above mentioned subject, on wednesday 8.4.2020, information regarding the status of my application. See history below.I have received a phone call last Sunday 19 at 14:33 hours (Spain Time) to ask me about my concerns.I explained your agent that I am waiting for a reply in writing to my email and my disappointment with the performance of your organisation.Your agent told me that the reason for the lack of processing the request and services contracted was the need of passports numbers. Which of course is not true. Then I have received two emails asking for new pictures.Now I am receiving this email stating that you have added an extra year for submission?This is totally unacceptable for mei found that there is a total lack of transparency, contradictory explanations from deferent people through phone calls, poor replies to my emails and poor service quality.I am really sick and tired of your performance and start believing all comments that I have read in the internet that USAFIS is a rip-off.I have no choice left that cancel your contract and request the return of the full payments immediately since no job have been done at all and I am not going to wait one more year for you.Regards
After your application, before This company is trying to sell you some services such as settlement package (around $1.500) or attorney package (around $5.000). Before you buy these services, they show these services like mandatory for green card. Right after you buy the service, they say that it was just an option. Also if you don't follow up your registration for DV Lottery, they don't submit your application.
