Opening and closing trailer lock with app went well. The rest was not a good experience. Very bad condition of the trailer: Brakes, electric connection, support wheel damaged. Easy to do mistakes on check-in prosess, as many details not mentioned in check-list (e.g. is registration documents present in the trailer, they were not in this and I did not see it before later.Easy to make "mistake" on extending - pricing / weak/missing acceptance process of new pricing: We had booked until from 10.00 - 23.00 hours on a Sunday. We needed more time and tried to check in the app for extending until 08.00. Next day (or later same day. Experience was the the app showed no price, but just extended when we clicked for next day 08.00 (automatically set next full day)After delivery of the trailer (in app) i had to pay double the price. For pickup sunday 10.00 with delivery the next day 07.45, 22 hours - I had to pay for two full days. - Without a good acceptance process in the app. Will not use again.
