Extremely incomplete

They are extremely incomplete on the binary.Normally i use the Dutch seach engine NZBindex to find all sorts of stuff on Usenet and here they list a ton of stuff being complete.But when then using Usenetbucket who also is Dutch to download, here i experience tons of missing files that can for some can be over 100 missing files.Decided not to renew my account when it runs out here later in 2022. I'm done.

Very very dishonest company

Very very dishonest company. I've been with them for a few years now, I've just extended my subscription for another year (comfort bucket, 25 connections). They've changed their packages on their site and have dropped me down to 10 connections despite me signing up and paying for 25. Avoid at all costs, customer support doesn't care, once they have your money they don't give a damn. Find a better, honest provider.

The fastest speeds ever

I've been shattered by the speeds. I reach speeds over 300mbit. Fortunatly the customer service is lightning fast aswell. Because i had some speed issues and it turned out that it was my fault because of my settings. I'm sorry UsenetBucket for blaming you in the first place. It's like blaming the car dealer that the roads don't work :-)Thanks

Awful speeds

They must be on their way out because I only got 50 kps download speed maximum. They aren't maintaining their servers anymore

Apparently works horribly with VPN.

I've only used their trial, but can't assume anything except it will be the same with a paid subscription. After changing my VPN server once I could no longer connect. While it did work, the speed was about 250Kbit/s. I have not had this problem on other providers, using the same VPN.I won't be getting a subscription from them.

Great speeds, good service, fabulous price

I use Usenet for quite a while now and it took me ages to find a good provider. The service UsenetBucket is offering is great!

I've had a problem with my account settings because i've messed up my payment. They fixed it within an hour and they gave me 10% off my next order for the inconvinience.

Really nice guys!
