Repeatedly I ran into the issue of a refused connection (invalided combination of username / password). Using the user´s dashboard ticket system nor contact via email does ring a bell on the other end.
--IF-- the connection is given, it runs fine. But it is of no use, if you pay for 3 Months and can use the service for 4 days only.
Given Statements like "customer service around the clock" or "unlimited traffic" mean a shit.

It's ok when it works but... I signed up for a basic package and upgraded it to the next option. This worked fine for a week but I noticed that my connection was halted due to an authentication error Tried their connection wizard which said that the username+pwd combo wasn't correct, changed the pwd, tried again and opened a support ticket. Got no answer, sent a mail and still no answer. As it's now over a week, I can only state that their "service" is non-existant and I will avoid this provider at all costs...Usenetbucket? A bucket full of crap...
I've been using UsenetBucket for several years now and never had any problems that I experienced with other providers in the past.Their support team is very responsive and friendly. Service provides good speed and completion rate.Also periodic discounts, which make their prices very attractive, are also worth mentioning.
Using it for 5 years now without any problem. I'm not using a VPN and only accessed support once without any problem and people were very friendly.Regular good deal offers (30%) at Black Friday or through Games during the year.
I can only agree to some pre-authors: The service does not exist. No response. Since upgrading from the low-speed to the mid-speed subscription, no connection is possible to Usenetbucket. Despite several attempts to get in touch and solve the problem, no reaction came from the so-called service.So, they just take the money and don't provide the service you paid for. Save your money and avoid this provider!
Absolute garbage, I have never experienced a worse customer service, infact it is none existant as they never respond, their digital certificates are invalid, they dont answer any queries and their hostname/reader is also showing as invalid. They are a scam company and any good reveiws they have are from those working within the scam. They take your money and you get nothing, avoid at all costs and claim back your money through the banks/credit cards and report them as a fraudulent company so they can be investigated and shut down... AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!
Can't get an answer from their support why since March I suddenly can't write comments anymore to content: I get an error "440 posting not allowed (440)". Not a clue why, written many mails and tickets with the question WHY but zero reaction up until now. Trying to upload/post a file gives the exact same result.This non-behaviour of UsetnetBucket isn't good at all, very improper! Until this I haven't had problems without reactions from support, the very few times I asked something reaction was normal, as it should be.Are they getting broke or whatever? This way I'm not going to have a new subscription after many years now, moving on to a hopefully better provider.
