I wanted to update my review regarding my order. Initially, I requested A3 prints on 500gsm cardboard, but what I received was a much thicker 'display card' that was not suitable for my project. I asked if I could send them a sample of the correct thickness for comparison, but they were not receptive to this idea, which was disappointing. They initially insisted the provided card was 500gsm, but after consulting other print shops, they finally admitted it was thicker. Their reasoning was that they aimed to exceed my expectations, but my project required a specific flexibility that the thicker card lacked. After some back and forth, they did provide reprints, which are much better. The print quality is excellent, and while the new card is slightly thinner than my original sample, it is closer to what I needed. I have yet to test if this card will work for my project, but it seems promising. I may consider using them again if they can replicate a satisfactory product without the initial hassle.
