They did not refund our 1,000 AED deposit. They keep on saying - next week. But next week comes, and they simply say "next week" again.
On AirBnB listing they stated that deposits are being refunded within 7-10 days. But now it has been over 30 days after the check-out.
Payment on the bank statement shows up as it went to some "Www.CoinHunter.ai".
We will be filing a police report.

The View: Prospective guests should know that the listing photos are no longer accurate. There is massive construction directly in front of the building, so if you're paying a premium for that "unobstructed skyline," you will be disappointed.

The Good: The property itself is great—super clean and in a fantastic location. The Burj Khalifa is right behind the building, which is very convenient. If you aren't obsessed with having a perfectly clear view of the skyline, you’ll likely enjoy the space. The Warning : I booked this specifically for the illuminated skyscraper views shown in the listing. Unfortunately, the photos are outdated. There are now two new towers under construction that significantly block the view. The listing should be updated to reflect the current reality.The Critical Issue (Deposit & Refund): The biggest problem is the 1,000 AED security deposit. This makes it nearly impossible to track or dispute.
I rented my apartment (2 bedrooms) in business bay with them in short term and I found it very good, after the first month which was to accumulate reviews and launch the apartment, it has always brought excellent results, it made me a net 30%, compared to my last annual rent
I relied on them for a trip to Greece. The experience was unforgettable because the organization was impeccable. Furthermore, I had started considering a higher expense than the actual one. The agency is reliable and very serious.
First of all I would like to compliment the agency that found me a beautiful appointment in a few hours, very clean with all the comforts and also in the city center with all the comforts. I will return at the end of the month for another week we had a really great time, in a handful of minutes everything within reach of shops of all types hypermarkets and also with taxis available for an outing. Highly recommended!!!!
